Frank E. Barker

Frank Barker 98, of Middletown, died on Tuesday, November 09, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 06,1923, in Middletown, OH to Fred and Edna (Binkley) Barker.

He worked for Armco Steel Corp for 39 ½ years in the power plant, he was a life member of Community of Christ Church and the YMCA. He served in the United States Army during WWII and was a member of the American Legion Post 218.

Frank is survived by his son Terry (Peg) Barker, grandchildren Michelle (Jason) Koster, Tom (Cindy) Lewis, Stephanie Barker and Matthew Barker, great grandchildren Michael Lewis, Tyler Koster and Quinton Koster, great-great grandchildren Sophia Lewis and Luke Honious, son-in-law Tom Lewis and many other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Violet Imogene Barker, daughter Sharon Lewis and his 10 brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be Monday, November 15, 2021, from 10:00 AM to11:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.) Middletown, OH.

Funeral Service will follow Monday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Bill Helsinger officiating.

Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum.
