Frank J. Santoro

Frank J. Santoro, 88, of Middletown, Ohio died Wednesday, August 19, 2009, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on July 10, 1921 to parents Vincent and Frances (Intersimone) Santoro.

Mr. Santoro lived in Middletown from 1942 – 1970, retiring to Port St. Lucie, Florida. He returned to Middletown in 2007.

Mr. Santoro is survived by his son & daughter-in-law, Eugene and Mary Santoro of Port St. Lucie, FL and daughter & son-in-law, Chris and Steve Grimes of Middletown, OH. He is also survived by grandchildren Jennifer & Eric Wright and their children Hannah, Kyle & Olivia, Jessica & Keith Friia, Ryan Zachary Santoro, Robbie & Denise Grimes and their children Courtney & Jadyn, Erin & Jeremy Landis and their daughter Ella Grace.

He was preceded in death by his wife Eleanore Santoro, his parents, two brothers, Dominic & William Santoro and a sister, Yolanda Medure.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 12:00 Noon at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Father John Civille officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:30 AM - 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum with military honors conducted by the Middletown Combined Honor Guard.
