Frank J Takach

Frank J. Takach, 84 of Monroe, died Friday April 15, 2011 at University Hospital. He was born in Middletown, OH to parents Thomas and Pauline Takach.

Mr.Takach worked for the City of Monroe for 38 year as the maintenance superintendent.

Mr. Takach is survived by sons, Tony Takach & Rob (Teri) Takach; daughter, Susan Takach; grandfather to 11 grandchildren, Tony, Deann, Marynda, Nicholas, Cameron, Kaitie Takach, Nikki, Rob, Desiree Schlotman, Bobbie Lynn Reece & Shane Malarkey; and 15 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Takach on April 5, 2011 son, Tom Takach in 1997; and grandson, Robbie Michael Takach in 2009, and by 7 brothers and sisters.

Prayer Services will be held Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12:00 - 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at North Monroe Cemetery.

Memorial donation may be made to the Dayton VA Medical Center Hospice Care Unit, 4100 W. Third Street Dayton, OH 45428
