Frank T. Cox

Frank Cox, 41, of Madison Township, died Sunday, January 11, 2009, at his residence. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 12, 1967 to parents Bill and Barbara (Williamson) Cox.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his daughter, Caitlin A. Cox; two sisters, Marianne (Lee) Cooper and Jennifer (Ray) Balcom; one brother, David Cox; an aunt, Linda DeNeene; three nephews; and two nieces.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 1:00 pm at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Jim Winters officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the family in his memory to the funeral home
