Gail Horn

Gail Horn, 71, of Middletown, died Monday, June 15, 2015, at LifeCare Hospitals of Dayton. She was born in Middletown on January 14, 1944 to parents Monroe and Imogene (Lawson) Buckner.

Gail had worked as a hair stylist, retiring in 1976.

Mrs. Horn is survived by her husband, Richard A. Horn; daughter, Stephanie (Seann) Taulbee; son, Marc (Sheree) Horn; grandchild, Shannon Horn; brother, Stephen Buckner; and sister, Renee Crowe-Clark.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 19, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Tim Sheets officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1:00 - 2:00 pm. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
