Gary L. Lewis

Gary L. Lewis, 72, of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at The James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University. He was born in Kentucky on December 30, 1948, to parents, Willie and Arbell (Keeling) Lewis.

Gary worked as an operator in the paper manufacturing industry and was also an outside lot manager at Treasure Aisles Flea Market.

Gary is survived by his loving wife, Ann (McDonough) Lewis; daughter, Linda Lewis; sons, Randy (Melissa) Lewis & Adam (Tabitha) Lewis; brothers, Willie (Ethel) Lewis, Bobby (Louise) Lewis, Jessie (Debbie) Lewis, Theo Lewis & Ray (Gerri) Lewis; sisters, Effie Henson, Corfene (Sonny) Price & Alice Wheeler; six grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Lilliann, Ember, Gavin & Elliott; as well as many other loving family & friends.

He was preceded in death by two sons, Gary Lee Lewis, Jr. & Gary Lee Lewis, III; parents; sisters, Christine Clark, Grace Jewell & Pauline Powell; and brothers, Donnie Lewis & Willie "WT" Lewis.

Funeral Service will be Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 4:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Rev. Sonny Price officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
