Gean H Schouse

Gean H. Schouse, 85, of Middletown, died Friday, May 18, 2012, at her residence. She was born in Beattyville, Kentucky on January 6, 1927 to parents Charles Dewitt and Minnie (Davis) Hill.

Gean loved children and made a career as a daycare provider. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and Prosser Chapter #367 Order of Eastern Star.

She is survived by her son, Robert Schouse; daughter, Nita Coburn; adopted son, Charles Rowland; brother, Virgil (Sally Ray) Hill; sister, Gladys Walker; grandchildren, Tracy Blue, Angie Brickner & Daniel (Cassie) Schouse; 4 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.

Gean was preceded in death by her former husband, Daniel Schouse; second husband, James Merriman; parents; brothers, Kerny Hill & Charles Hill; and sister, Sally Rogers.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
