George G. Crout

George G. Crout, 71, of Wayne Township, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at home. He was born in Middletown on June 8, 1953 to parents, John and Nancy (Witt) Crout.

George had worked as a maintenance mechanic at Jim Beam. He loved being outdoors, especially when he was fishing.

Most of all, George loved his family and he will be greatly missed by his wife, Teresa (McClain) Crout; two sons, Nick Crout & Michael Crout; sisters, Val Crout & Deana Smith; nephews, Benjamin Crout, Kevin Crout & John Goodpaster; and many other extended family & friends.

In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by his brother, Ben Crout.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
