Geraldine Crawford

Geraldine H. Crawford, 90, of Bonita Springs, Florida died Monday, August 27, 2007, at Hope Hospice-Joanne’s House in Bonita Springs, Florida. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on January 14, 1917 to parents Gordon & Lucy (Habig) Reed.

Geraldine was a beloved wife, devoted mother & a treasured grandmother. She graduated from Middletown High School in 1934. On May 22, 1937 she married Robert R. Crawford at the Episcopal Church in Middletown, Ohio.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Crawford, her parents & her sister Bettie.

She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (Crawford) Brune of Bonita Springs, Florida, granddaughter Bettina (Brune) Mass of France, grandson, Marc Brune of New York City, four great grandchildren, Jessica, Jackie, Sydne & Nicolai, her brother, Thomas Reed of Houston, Texas & her sister, Barbara (Reed) Leber of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Special thanks to the staff of Hope Hospice-Joanne’s House for their caring assistance in her final days.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, Sept. 1, 2007 at 10:00 AM at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Father John Civille officiating. Interment will follow at North Monroe Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hope Hospice-Joanne’s House, 27200 Imperial Street, Bonita Springs, Florida 34135.
