Gladys M. Savage

Gladys M. Savage, 78, of Middletown, died Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at Liberty of Middletown. She was born in Liggett, Kentucky on April 5, 1937.

Gladys worked for Turnes Packaging for 20 years, retiring in 2000.

Mrs. Savage is survived by her daughter, Sue (Nelson) Hurte; son, Doug (Melissa) Yeary; mother, Mary Wilder; brother, Louie Wilder; grandson, Chris Hurte; great granddaughters, Lilly & Bailee Hurte; granddog, Jake; and two nieces, Kaye Sebastian & Gerry Gentry.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bud Savage; father, Robert Wilder; sister, Loretta Hounshell; and granddaughter, Kelli Hurte.

The family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff at Liberty of Middletown for their compassionate care.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
