Harold E. Taylor

Harold E. Taylor, 84, of Middletown, died Sunday, September 13, 2015, at home. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on December 7, 1930 to parents Winfred and Ollie (Whaley) Taylor.

Harold served his country in the United States Air Force from 1949 to 1952. He worked for Ford Motor Company for 31 years retiring in 1989.

Mr. Taylor is survived by his son, Scott (Diana) Taylor; daughters, Jackie (James) Burkhalter, Brenda Young, Robin (Bryan) Dykes, Melissa (Jeff) Skinner; 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Helen (Sprinkles) Taylor; parents; brothers, Charles Taylor, Troy Taylor; and grandson, Ian Young.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 11:00 am at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Kenneth Henderson officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Middletown Combined Honor Guard.
