Hazel Maxiene Mills

Hazel Maxiene Mills, 76, of Middletown, died Monday, May 28, 2018, at Garden Manor Retirement Village. She was born in Sneedville, Tennessee on June 24, 1941 to parents Mack and Gladys (Jackson) Gibson.

Hazel had worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for Mercy Health.

Mrs. Mills is survived by her children, Brenda Mills, Bradford M. (Melissa) Mills & Rosanne (Steve) Champlin; grandchildren, Sarah (William), Christopher & Elizabeth; nieces, Selina & Regina; nephew, Doug; and many other loving family & friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bradford Mills; parents; sister, Wanda Lou Moss; and brother, Johnny Gibson.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 10:00 am at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown with Chaplain Galen Hoffmann officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
