Helen Louise Dennis

Helen Louise Dennis, 74, of Middletown, died on Wednesday, November 8, 2006, at Hawthorn Glen Senior Living Campus. She was born in Middletown on October 5, 1932 to James V. and Mary (Polisini) Vitori.

Mrs. Dennis was a cook and cashier for Shaddock´s on Central Avenue. She was a member of Holy Family Parish.

Helen is survived by five sons: Richard M. (Pam) Dennis, David M. (Beth) Dennis, Robert E. Dennis, John V. (Tina) Dennis, Anthony Louis Dennis all of Middletown; two daughters, Gina L. (Jim) Hugar of Monroe and Lisa M. Long of Middletown; three sisters, Caroline Kipus of Middletown, Josephine (Pete) Fisher of Monroe and Geraldine (Danny) O'Neil of Middletown; one brother, Ernest G. Vitori of Middletown; 12 grandchildren, Patrick Hugar, Ian Dennis, Thomas Eric Hugar, Alex Long, Susan Dennis, Christina Dennis, Marissa Long, Ellen Dennis, Jessica Young, Brittany Dennis, Brooke Dennis and David Dennis; and 3 great grandchildren; Lillian Dennis, Caleb Sean Henry and Medeau Louise Hugar.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Eugene Dennis in 2002 and her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, November 10, 2006 at 9:30 AM at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Thursday, November 9, 2006 from 6-8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr. Middletown. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
