Helen M. Janecek

Helen M. (Sauter) Janecek, 82, of Middletown, died Tuesday, January 29, 2002 at Willow Knoll Retirement Community. She was born on December 1, 1919 to parents Frank and Lillian (Duerr) Sauter. A native of Franklin, she graduated from Carlisle High School in 1937. She went to work for Texas Eastern in 1947 in Cincinnati then in Schrieveport, Louisana. She went into real estate in the late 1960's. Helen returned to Middletown in 1986 and moved to Willow Knoll in 1995. She was a member of Holy Family Parish-Holy Trinity Church, the Catholic Ladies of Columbia and the Ladies Society.
She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Janecek in 1973, her parents, and two brothers Francis and Father John Sauter. She is survived by two brothers Tom (Louise) Sauter and Paul Sauter; a sister Marilyn (William) Bors; a sister-in-law Dorothy Sauter; and several nieces and nephews.
