Herbert Richardson

Herbert Richardson, 83, of Carlisle, died Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at his residence. He was born in Harlan County, Kentucky on November 23, 1928 to parents Lanny and Annabell (White) Richardson.

Herbert worked as a welder & press operator for Dupps Company in Germantown for 24 years, retiring in 1991. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church.

Mr. Richardson is survived by his wife, Ina (Fleming) Richardson; daughters, Dema (Mark) Faulkner & Mary (Paul) Brewer; sons, Danny (Debbie Mackey) Richardson & Matthew Richardson; brother, Archie (Betty) Richardson; and grandchildren, Samuel Richardson, Erica Schwab, Elijah Burger, Trea McClusky, David Callahan, Brian Callahan & Heather Callahan.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ambrose Richardson, Avery Richardson & Shelby Richardson; sisters, Ovie White, Lillian Stanley & 3 infant sisters; and grandchildren, Celeste Burger & Holley Mackey.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 21, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Grace Baptist Church, 3023 N. Union Rd., Franklin with Reverend Dr. Roger Green officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 - 1:00 pm at church. Interment will be at Grace Memorial Garden.
