Ilse Combs

Ilse Combs, 79, of Middletown, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at home. She was born in Kramsach, Austria on September 29, 1943 to parents, Rudolph and Maria Schuler.

Ilse devoted her time to making a loving home for her family. She was an avid fan of the NFL.

Ilse is survived by her three sons, Todd (Julie) Hollenbaugh, Fred (Ingrid) Hollenbaugh & Jason Combs; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Wayne Combs; parents; brother, Walter; and sister, Elisabeth.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown with Pastor Jim Winters officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum.
