Inez Mcgill

Inez (Childers) McGill, 89, of Monroe, died Sunday, March 27, 2011, at her residence. She was born in Lee County, Kentucky on September 26, 1921 to parents Daniel and Margaret (Spencer) Childers.

Mrs. McGill is survived by her daughters, Betsy Benn and Susan Davidson; grandchildren, Brian Anderson, Nick Davidson and Abby Davidson; sisters-in-law, Betty (Tom) McGill and Mary Ann (Bud) McGill; and many nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George McGill; parents; sons-in-law, James E. Davidson, Mark Anderson and Naren Benn; brothers, Fred, Linville, Dock, Bishop, Troy, Carl, Verlin & Bedford Childers; and sisters, Hattie Childers, Hazel Wright, Georgia Jackson, Rose Spencer and Frances Cobb.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 1, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Lou Izor officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Hickory Flat Cemetery.
