Irene Frances Angel

Irene Frances Angel, 89, of Middletown, Ohio, died on November 7, 2003, at her residence in Middletown. She was born in Middletown on April 24, 1914 to parents Andrew and Helen (Timko) Spisak.

Mrs. Angel was a homeamker. She was a member of Holy Family Parish and was a former member of Forest Hills Country Club. She loved to golf and garden.

Irene was preceded in death by her parents and husband, William T. Angel (1977), two brothers and six sisters.

She is survived by two daughters: Barbara E. (James) Vonder Haar of Middletown, Martha H. (Miles) Vance of Hamilton, two sons: Doug Angel and his life partner Tamara Hitchcock of Pittstown, NJ, Kenneth J. (Beverly) Angel of Middletown; three sisters: Helen Aranyos, Martha Moon, Ida Gerber; grandchildren; Danny Angel, Janice Kaup, Joe Angel, Julie Angel, Jennifer Studer, Susan Vance, Tom Vance, Jim Vance, Jon Vonder Haar, Tim Vonder Haar, Debbie Federspiel and Angie Kaiser; and twelve great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2003 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Monday, November 10, 2003 from 5-8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
