Jack O. Rothwell

Jack O. Rothwell, 81, of Middletown, died on Monday, January 16, 2023 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in West Carrollton on June 22, 1941 to parents, Leonard and Neoma (Coatney) Rothwell.

Jack had worked for Stone Container, Miami Valley Paper and Bay West. He loved to be outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

But his biggest love was his family and he will be greatly missed by his wife, Melody (Smith) Rothwell; children, Angela (Ross) Blaine, James Rothwell, Hawn Rothwell & Randy Vicroy; sister, Judy Dowds; twelve grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Lonnie, Sam & Dottie; and best friend, Steve "Woody" Williamson.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm at the Orioles Nest Social Club, 3010 S. Main St., Middletown.
