Jacqueline L. "Jackie" Opesky, 18, of Middletown, died Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at her residence. She was born in Illinois on September 4, 1993 to parents Edward S. and Susan G. (Kari) Opesky.
Jackie is survived by her daughter, Aubrey Mae Clark; sister, Nicole Opesky; and mother, Susan Opesky.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Opesky.
Funeral Service will be held Monday, July 2, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
