James F. Welsh

James F. Welsh, 87, of Middletown, died Friday, May 27, 2011, at Mt. Pleasant Retirement Village. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on August 30, 1923 to parents Raymond and Noreen (Scully) Welsh.
Jim was a member of Holy Family Parish, a WWII Veteran serving in the Air Force, a member of American Legion Post 218, K of C # 1610, he retired in 1985 from Sears after 38 years and worked for Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home for 15 years.
Mr. Welsh is survived by his Son, Steve R. Welsh and Daughter, Beth (Tom) Kast and grandsons; Christopher R. Welsh and Andrew M. Welsh and many nieces and nephews.

Jim was preceded in death by his Wife Peg Welsh in 2008 his parents and brothers; Robert Welsh, Joe Welsh, Tom Welsh, Ray Welsh, Chuck Welsh; sister; Mary Rita Jackson and Suzanne M. Rossi.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, Ohio. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
