James R. (Jim) Cook

James R. (Jim) Cook, 78 died on Dec. 24, 2016 at Residence at Kensington. He was born in Franklin, Oh on Dec. 6, 1938 to parents Walter & Marie ( Hollar) Cook. He is survived by two daughters; Bridgett McCain & Sheila Caruso, two sons; Pete Cook & Darrin (Julie) Cook. Eight grandchildren; Kesia, Jenifer, Charlie, Mitch, Donald Nathan, Randy, Zachary & Joshua. Eight Great Grandchildren; Brandtson, Laynee, Emma, Laural, Nolan, Reagan, Cameron, & Cayden and a sister Ruby Blair. Jim Worked out of The Union Hall # 534.
Graveside service on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016 at Miltonville Cemetery at 12 Noon. Deacon John Smith officiating. Memorials may be made to the Madison Township Fire Dept. Flowers may be sent to the funeral Home for the graveside service.
