James “Stewy” Stewart, Jr., 48, of Trenton, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 23, 2021. He was born in Middletown on June 26, 1973.
James was the owner and operator of C & C Garage Doors and had worked for AK Steel. James had a very strong faith and was a member of Monroe First Church of God. He had a strong personality and wasn’t afraid to share his opinions. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and going on family beach vacations. He recently fulfilled his dream of going tarpon fishing in Florida with his father. Stewy was known for his sweet tooth and was the guy who thought the king sized hot fudge sundae at UDF was too small.
James was a devoted family man and will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 25 years, Jennifer Stewart; daughters, Kenzie (Cole) Couch & Avery Stewart; mother, Becky Engle; father James (Carlene) Stewart; and mother-in-law, Donna Grueser.
He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Bernard Grueser; grandfather, Russell (Peggy) Stewart; and grandmother, Thelma Kidd.
