James W. Frasher Jr.

James W. Frasher, Jr., 78, of Monroe, died Sunday, November 5, 2017, at his home. He was born in Middletown on November 30, 1938 to parents James Willard Sr. and Mary (Barnes) Frasher.

James retired from Mound Laboratories in 2003, after 21 years as a maintenance mechanic.

Mr. Frasher is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sharon (Grewe) Frasher; daughter, Leann (Tony) Eckert; sons, Jay (Claudia) Frasher & Josh (Stephanie) Frasher; daughter-in-law, Susan Frasher; sister, Mary (Benson) Cope; brother, Phillip (Mary) Frasher; and grandchildren, Zac Eckert, Tyler, Danielle, Coday, Preston & Mason. He was preceded in death by his son, Jon Frasher; parents; and brother, Kenneth Frasher.

There will be a gathering of family & friends on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown.
