Jan A. Mink

Jan A. Mink, 47, of Middletown, died Wednesday, January 15, 2003 at Middletown Regional Hospital. He was born in Rockford, Illinois on December 4, 1955 to parents Calvin and Edna (Davis) Mink.

Jan is survived by his three sons, Jeremiah J. Mink, Jacob L. (Carrie) Mink, both of Middletown and Joseph A. Mink of Dayton; his parents, Calvin & Edna Mink of Middletown; four brothers, Jessie (Diane) Moore, Ray (Debbie) Mink both of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Merle (Debbie) Mink and Billy (Anita) Mink, both of Carlisle; a sister, Brenda Mink of Middletown; and two grandchildren, Kyle and Caleb Mink.

Funeral service will be Saturday, January 18, 2003 at 2:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., with Rev. Ken Angel officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodhill Cemetery.
