Janet C. Carter, 66, of Turtlecreek Township, died Monday, August 28, 2017, at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on June 4, 1951 to parents Paul E. and Mary Louise (Sutton) Hagan.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1:00 - 2:00 pm. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
