Janet L. Kettman

Janet L. Tucker Kettman, 57, of Monroe, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 20, 2014, at University Hospital with her loving husband & family by her side. She was born in Martin's Ferry, Ohio on September 1, 1956 to parents Carl and Betty J. (LaRue) Tucker.

Janet was a 1975 graduate of Middletown High School. She worked for Marsh Supermarkets for 40 years holding many different positions and was store manager for the last 25 years. She was very active with her church, enjoyed traveling and spending time with family.

Mrs. Kettman is survived by her husband, James D. Kettman; her mother, Betty; brothers, Carl (Traci) Tucker, Daniel (Debbie) Tucker & David (Candy) Tucker; sister, Cathi (Deb) Fleck; father-in-law, Donald Kettman; brother-in-law, Daniel (Linda) Kettman; sisters-in-law, Karen (Rick) Butterfield, Jenny (Greg) Brown & Nancy (Bill) Fister; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & friends including her Marsh family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Carl; mother-in-law, Hilda Kettman; and brother-in-law, David Kettman.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 10:00 am at Towne Blvd. Church of God, 3722 Towne Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Mitchell Burch officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown and one hour prior to the service from 9:00 - 10:00 AM at the church. Interment will be at Mound Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to Towne Blvd. Church of God, 3722 Towne Blvd., Middletown, Ohio 45005.
