Janet S. Collinsworth

Janet S. Collinsworth, 78, of Middletown, died Friday, March 1, 2013, at her residence. She was born in West Middletown on August 28, 1934 to parents John O. and Florence E. (Hetzler) Collinsworth.

Janet retired from the accounting department at Armco Steel Corporation. She was a member of Blue Ball Presbyterian Church where she was a Sunday School teacher and she was a member of AGLOW International.

Miss Collinsworth is survived by her sisters, Virginia (Boyd) Smith & Shirley (Mack) Hendrickson; brother, Donald E. Collinsworth; 9 nieces & nephews; 14 great nieces & nephews; as well as many other loving family & friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 4, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Blue Ball Presbyterian Church, 6901 Roosevelt Ave., with Reverend Kevin Lawler officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am at the church. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
