Jason D. Markey

Jason D. Markey, 28, of Middletown, died Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at his residence. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on September 19, 1982 to parents John and Janice (Kaiser) Markey.

Jason touched the lives of the many who knew him and loved him. He could light up a room with his smile. He will live on in our hearts as we pray for God to hold him and keep him in His love and grace. Jason enjoyed being with his friends and family. He loved his four pets and enjoyed riding his motorcycle and doing outdoor activities. Jason worked in construction and was the owner of Constructive Solutions.

He is survived by his parents, John & Janice Markey; brother, Adam J. Markey; grandmother, Mildred Gerdts; uncles, Jay Markey, Randy (Charissa) Markey, Pat (Kathy) Kaiser, Gary Kaiser and Alan (Melanie) Kaiser; aunts, Lori (Dave) Mitchell and Kay (Jim) Koepnick; many cousins; and special friends, Luke Garrett and Tonya Leonard.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Joseph Markey and Herman & Virginia Kaiser.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, September 27, 2010 at 10:00 am at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 - 5:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
