Jason Eric Frazier

Jason Eric Frazier, 45, of Middletown, died Saturday, October 15, 2011, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on July 3, 1966 to parents Clarence and Alpha (Smith) Frazier.

Eric worked in maintenance at Atrium Medical Center. He loved antiques & music and was an automotive enthusiast, especially BMW's. He was quite passionate about the arts & crafts era movement.

Mr. Frazier is survived by his wife, Carla (Smith) Frazier; sons, Iain Frazier & Chase Frazier; daughter, Lilli Frazier; adopted son, Joe Taylor; parents, Clarence & Alpha Frazier; sister, Donna (Rick) Wilson; brother, Christopher Jay (Kari) Frazier; and many other loving family & friends.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Deacon William P. Carter officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Entombment will be at Butler County Memorial Park Mausoleum.
