Jay Darryl Boothe

Jay Darryl Boothe, 56, of Middletown, died Saturday, May 27, 2017, at home. He was born in Roanoke, Virginia on April 11, 1961 to parents Ralph and Willo Dean (Frazier) Booth.

Darryl formally worked in information technology for the Middletown Senior Center. He was a member of Holy Family Parish and a 4th degree Knight of Columbus, John Paul II Council 1610.

Mr. Boothe is survived by his wife, Martha Hufziger Boothe; mother, Willo Dean Booth; brother, Clinton (Connie) Boothe; sisters, Anita Campbell, Brenda Johnson and Linda (Rick) McCray and step son, Matthew Roche.

Darryl was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Booth.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at the church. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society, C/o Holy Family Parish, 201 Clark Street, Middletown, OH 45042.
