Jeanne Arend Timmers, 77, of Middletown, died Saturday September 4, 2004 at Garden Manor. Jeanne was born in Cincinnati on October 7, 1926 to parents Albert and Frieda (Wrassman) Arend.
Mrs. Timmers was a member of the Holy Family Parish, St. Mary’s Ladies Society, she enjoyed reading, and was an avid bridge player.
Jeanne is survived by 6 children; Marcia (Stuart) Mason of Clarendon Hills IL, Mary Ann (Charles) Terhune of Middletown, Melanie (George) Wagner of Yardville NJ, John Arend (Sheri) Timmers of Cincinnati, Amy (Steve) Kehoe of North Bend Ohio, and Kathryn Timmers of Hamilton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; Emily and Anne Crandall, Charles, John, and Ann Terhune, Christine Maul, Abigail Wagner, John and Katherine Timmers, Bryn, Steven, and Seth Kehoe, and Colleen Timmers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John H. Timmers, 3 sisters; Marion Arend, Dorothy Arend, and Emily Rickert, and a sister in law Sister Mary Angele Timmers OSF.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday September 8, 2004 at 12 noon at Holy Family Parish, Holy Trinity Church with Father John Civille as Celebrant. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.). Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
