Jeremy R. Gerz

Jeremy R. Gerz, 37, of Lehigh Acres, Florida, died Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at Bethesda Arrow Springs, Lebanon, Ohio. He was born in Chillicothe, Ohio on September 19, 1977.

Jeremy worked in retail management since 1999. He was a die-hard Penn State football fan, loved basketball & coached Little League baseball. Jeremy was a loving son, loyal friend, husband and "Super-Dad". He was also an organ donor.

Mr. Gerz is survived by his wife, Jessica (Allen) Gerz; daughter, Alexis Gerz; son, Jeremy Gerz II; mother, Joni (Mark) Chapman; father, Jeffrey (Paulette) Gerz; step sisters, Kelli Coffey & Kristi Payton; and many other loving family & friends.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 3, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Greg Whisman officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 - 1:00 pm.
