John A. "Jack" Sivy

John A. "Jack" Sivy 79, of Middletown, died on Friday, December 02, 2022, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born on April 26, 1943. in Braddock, PA to John and Martha (Dovic) Sivy.

He served in the United States Navy onboard the USS Independence. Jack was a former City Planner for the City of Middletown and worked for Butler County after he retired. He was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Steelers Fan and he enjoyed playing golf.

John is survived by his daughter Danielle Sivy Sennet, son David (Judy) Sivy, grandchildren Tyler Sivy, Brianna Sivy, Kristopher Vasquez and Samantha Vasquez, nieces Jill Sivy Whitling and Cathy Sivy Egnor, along with many other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Gerald Sivy.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 08, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.) Middletown, OH 45044.

Prayer service will follow Thursday, 6:00 PM at the funeral home with Father John Civille officiating.
