John C. (Jack) Quinn, 57 of Lebanon, Ohio died on Monday evening at Bethesda Warren County. Jack was born in Middletown on July 15, 1945 to the late Edward Francis and Mary Margaret Harmount Quinn.
He graduated from Middletown High School, Xavier University in 1967, and the UC College of Law in 1970. He began practicing law in Lebanon in 1970. He has been solicitor for South Lebanon for 25 years. He was a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio.
He was a member of St. Francis deSales Church, Warren County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association.
He is survived by a sister-in-law Sandra Quinn, Kettering; a nephew Sean Edward Quinn, Kettering, Cousins; Meg Daley Olmert, Virginia Daley and Kathy Daley-Hynes, all of Washington, DC, John Daley, Covington, Ky. and numerous other cousin and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday at 10:00 am at Holy Family Parish-Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark St., Middletown, Father John Civille, Celebrant. Visitation Friday from 5-8 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown, Ohio.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 105 McKnight Dr., Middletown, Oh 45044, or the charity of the donors choice.
