John E. Howard

John E. Howard, 66, of Middletown, died Thursday, February 19, 2015, at home. He was born in Lockport, New York on February 23, 1948 to parents Harold and Eunice (Freer) Howard.

Mr. Howard retired from AK Steel after 37 years in 2006.

Mr. Howard is survived by his wife, Nancy Williams; sons, Andy (Candy) Howard and James Howard and grandchildren, Marissa, Hunter, Alyssa and Fisher.

John was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Kenneth, Mert and Chuck Howard; sisters Marge Poore and Shirley Spradlin.

Memorial gathering will be Thursday February 26, 2015 from 5:00-8:00 PM at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown.
