John R. Fudge Jr.

John R. Fudge, Jr., 52, of Middletown, died Sunday, April 25, 2010, at his home. He was born in Dayton on January 2, 1958 to parents John R. and Gwenn (Neiswender) Fudge Sr.

John served his country in the United States Navy.

Mr. Fudge is survived by his wife, Ana C. "Anita" (Diaz) Fudge; parents, John & Gwenn Fudge; and grandmother, Faith K. Fudge.

Memorial service will be held Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend David Lynch officiating. There will be no visitation.

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
