Juanita D. Walker

Juanita D. Walker, 61, of Middletown, died Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Huntington, West Virginia on January 30, 1953 to parents Hershel and Betty (Harvey) Smith.

Juanita worked as a cashier for Kroger for 17 years, retiring in 2002.

Ms. Walker is survived by her sons, Scott (Donelle) Walker, Stephen (Amy) Walker; sister, Ellen Tester and daughter-in-law, April Walker; grandchildren, Autumn Marie Lynn Walker, Amelia Gwendolyn Walker and Scottie Edelle Walker.

Juanita was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patricia Doran; brother, Russell Lee Smith and granddaughter, Emma Faith Walker.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, July 28, 2014 at 12:00 Noon at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, with Reverend Jim Anderson officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
