Juanita G. Stabler

Juanita G. (Claibourne) Stabler, 87, of Middletown, died Sunday, November 8, 2009, at her residence. She was born in Highland County, Ohio on December 23, 1921 to parents George and Vera (Hawthorne) Claibourne.

Mrs. Stabler is survived by her son, Jim Stabler; daughter, Joyce A. Smith; granddaughter, Jennifer (Gary) Matney; three great grandchildren, Ashley (Jeremy) Tankersley, A.J. Matney and Lindsey Gebhart; and three great great grandchildren, Lexi Diss, Jeremiah Tankersley and Kalin Stephens.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert A. "Dutch" Stabler in 2000; her parents; and brothers, Lovell Claibourne and George Junior Claibourne.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 1:00 pm at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Herman Emmert officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm. Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum.
