Judy Downs

Judy Downs, 80, of Middletown, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at her residence. She was born in Middletown on September 14, 1944 to parents, Kenneth and Dorothy C. (Morton) Vance.

Judy had worked in the Medical Transcription department of Middletown Regional Hospital. She was a member of Community Harvest Church in Germantown.

Above all, Judy loved her family. especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her husband, Ron Downs; daughter, Karen (Paul) Frazier; grandchildren, Ann (Evan) Harris, Samuel Frazier & Amy Frazier; and many other extended family & friends.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her sisters, Lois Hoffman & Linda Reed.

Funeral Service will be Monday, March 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Pastor Duane Harney officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Crown Hill Memorial Park.
