Judy I. Jackson

Judy I. Jackson, 58, of Middletown died Tuesday August 13, 2002 at her residence. She was born June 26, 1944 in Carter County Kentucky to parents Leonard and Garnet (Evans) Hall.

Mrs. Jackson worked at Garden Manor Retirement Village for the past 10 years.

She is survived by her mother, her husband of three year Jerry Jackson, four sons; Frank (Joyce) Knott of Middletown, Arthur Adam (Mary) Knott of Middletown, Michael (Kristy) Cooke of Carlisle, and Daniel (Carla) Cooke of Middletown, five daughters; Melissa (Eddie) Lamb of Middletown, Kathy Knott of Middletown, Lisa (Marvin) Middleton of Franklin, Candy (Rocky) Tate of Middletown, and Sharon Back of Middletown. She is also survived by three sisters; Roberta Day of Middletown, Cathy (Danny) Lauwill of Middletown and Lois and (Glen) Rusk of West Middletown, 28 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, her first husband Lonnie Gayhart Sr., a son Lonnie Gayhart Jr. and a daughter Sonjia Jean Knott.

Funeral Services will be Friday August 16, 2002 at Wilson Schramm Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at 10:00 AM with Pastor Randy Joseph officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
