Kaylee Ann Hicks

Kaylee Ann Hicks, infant daughter of Tiffany Parks and Cody Hicks, died Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Dayton on July 19, 2012.

In addition to her parents, Kaylee is survived by her maternal grandfather, Timothy Parks; maternal grandmother, Kristine Parks; paternal grandparents, Kevin & Kim Hicks; great grandparents , James & Becky Parks and Dainus & Sandy Hicks; aunts, Brittany Parks, Sarah Parks & Jessica Hicks; and uncle, Brad Miller.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with John Parks officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made at any Fifth/Third Bank branch to the Baby K Memorial Fund.
