Ken E. Marschman

Kenneth E. "Ken" Marschman, 79, of Monroe, died Friday, March 29, 2013, at his residence. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on October 30, 1933 to parents Julius John and Thelma (Adler) Marschman.

Ken was self-employed as a truck driver. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

Mr. Marschman is survived by his children, Diana L. (Mark) Lawrence, Donna (Larry) Waite, Robert (Glenda) Newman and Joe (Pat) Newman; brother, Joe (Diane) Marschman; sister, Marlene Smith; grandchildren, Chris (Tracey) Newman, Heather (Brad) Trent, Joe (Laura) Newman, Sharon (Brian) Neanover, Patrick (Charlene) Newman, Aaron (Drew) Newman, Jason (Tammy) Newman, Jennifer (Brian) Sleeth, Tim Wright and Shane Adams and Shane's children, Reese & Max; as well as many more great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine T. (Slezak) Marschman in 2011; daughter, Barbara Kinsey; and his parents.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Father John Civille officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
