Kenneth P. Hale

Kenneth P. Hale, 61, of Middletown, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2005 at Middletown Regional Hospital. He was born in Benton, Kentucky on August 8, 1943 to parents Owen Earl and Mamie (Tabor) Hale.

Mr. Hale worked as a diesel mechanic for the Middletown City School Transportation Center, and retired from the United States Coast Guard.

He is survived by his wife since June 23, 1968, Mary (Shipley) Hale; one son, K. Patrick Hale II of Benton, KY; one daughter, Kelley M. Hale of Middletown; a sister-in-law, Kathleen Shipley of North Carolina; numerous brothers & sisters; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A gathering of friends will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2005 from 5 - 7 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr.
