Larry Pickerell

Larry "Pick" Pickerell, 72, of Middletown, died Friday, May 3, 2013, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on March 2, 1941 to parents Carl and Jean (Little) Pickerell.

"Pick" was a union surveyor with Operating Engineers Local 18 for 30 years retiring in 1997. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Orioles #193, F.O.E #528, Middletown and the Middletown Sportsman Club where he enjoyed clay and skeet shooting. He also enjoyed playing music and calf roping.

Mr. Pickerell is survived by his daughters, April (Ken) Adams and Kathy (Chris) Keysor; grandchildren: Nick (Aubrey) Adams, Meagan Bowling, Shawn Keysor, Christy (Bill) Keaney, Brian Keysor and Derek Keysor; great granddaughter, Emma Adams and special friend, Joyce Myers.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 10:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
