Laurence E Angst

Laurence E. Angst, 83, of Seven Mile, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Ohio's Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. He was born in Hamilton on February 18, 1939 , to parents, Clarence and Dorothea (Cooper) Angst.

Larry had worked for Armco/AK Steel, retiring in 2001 after 29 years with the company. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. Larry was a very big fan of Madison Football and enjoyed hanging out with his grandsons. He also liked to travel, especially to the Smoky Mountains.

Larry adored his family and loved spending time with them. He will be greatly missed by his daughter, Jill (Brian) Rumping; brothers, Richard Angst & Raymond Angst; sister-in-law, Sondra Angst; grandsons, Alexander & Zachary Rumping; and numerous nieces & nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mildred (Mann) Angst.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 11:00 am at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 222 Hamilton Ave.,Trenton, with Father Paul Gebhardt as celebrant. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:30 - 11:00 am at the church. Burial will be at Butler County Memorial Park with military honors.
