Lavonda D. Gainey

LaVonda Gainey, 74, of Middletown, died Monday, March 26, 2012, at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She was born in Hutchins, Kentucky on March 16, 1938 to parents Lester and Adeline (Hutchinson) Miller.

LaVonda retired from Armbruster Florist.

Mrs. Gainey is survived by her sons, Stephen (Dawn) Gainey & Gregory (Tracy) Gainey; brother, Joe Holbrook; grandchildren, Stephanie (Jeremiah) Paris, Tyler (Ashley) Gainey, Courtney Gainey, Devon Gainey, Megan Gainey, Billy Gainey, Cameron Gainey, Kaitlyn Gainey, Jacob Gainey & Maci Curry; and great grandchildren, Emma Gainey, Kaidance Manns, Riley James Lindsey-Schumacher, Hunter Gainey & Bailee Paris.

She was preceded in death by her loving & doting husband, Jimmy M. Gainey in 2010; parents; two sisters and granddaughter, Lauren Gainey.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, March 30, 2012 at 10:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties, 5940 Long Meadow Dr., Franklin, Ohio 45005.
