Ellen (Buckingham) Rhoads & Lawrence Rhoads

Former Middletonians residing in Clearwater, Florida, since the sixties, have passed away within months of each other at the East Bay Nursing center in Clearwater. Married over 50 years, Lawrence was a retired sign maker and Ellen had worked in retail. Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents and siblings. Ellen was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. Ellen is survived by a sister, Suzanne (Buckingham) Hawkins and husband Don of Middletown and two nephews; Gary Buckingham and wife Pam and Robert Buckingham and wife Ann, both of Franklin, as well as a beloved friend to both Ellen and Lawrence, Lynn Thistle of Clearwater, Florida. Lawrence had no immediate survivors.
Services will be held Friday, November 17, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Woodside Chapel with Dr. Michael Vilardo officiating. A brief visitation will be prior to service from 1:30 to 2:00 PM.
