Lena L. Fiessinger

Lena L. Fiessinger, 102, of Middletown, died Tuesday, January 27, 2009, at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Lewis County, Kentucky on September 9, 1906 to parents Jesse and Teressa (Denham) Hamlin.

Mrs. Fiessinger is survived by her sons, Donald (JoAnn) Fiessinger, Richard (Carolyn) Fiessinger and David (Betina) Fiessinger; daughters, Dorothy L. Lawson and Margaret E. (Bernard) Segal; 18 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wendolin A. Fiessinger; her parents, brothers, sisters and a grandson.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 10:00 am at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
