Lisa D. Jett

Lisa D. Jett, 42, of Middletown, died Sunday, August 6, 2017, at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born in Hamilton on February 2, 1975.

Lisa had worked for Portion Pac for 15 years, retiring as a Team Leader in 2015. She loved spending time with her family and vacationing on the beach. She was an avid music lover and enjoyed scrapbooking.

Mrs. Jett is survived by her husband, Clarence Lee Jett; children, Brandon Jett, Matthew Hunt, Brittany (Zach) Stewart, Ashley Jett & Staci (Zach) Cobern; grandchildren, Chase Wilson, Kamdyn Cobern & Evelyn Cobern; grandmother, Georgia Hix; father, Larry Arthur; mother, Edna (Steve) Vitale; brothers, Jeff Arthur, Jason Vitale & Tony Vitale; sister, Delynn Mills; beloved dog, Dino; special friend, Tonya Johnson; and a large extended family.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Janie Mills and grandfather, Elmer Hix.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 11, 2017 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor David Zornes officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
